Returns and Exchanges

After reviewing the issue, we will arrange a return, exchange, or other appropriate response.
Minor scratches or dents to outer boxes or packaging during shipping may not qualify for a return or exchange if the product itself is unaffected.
Cancellations

Product Condition
The figures and anime merchandise sold in our store are generally new and unopened.
Outer boxes may have scratches, dents, scuffs, or other marks resulting from manufacturing, distribution, storage, or shipping.
International Orders
Our products are shipped directly from Japan.
Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other import-related charges arising in the buyer's country of residence are the buyer's responsibility.
