However, colors, appearance, packaging, and other visual details may vary depending on your device, display settings, manufacturer specifications, or production variations.
Minor scratches, dents, creases, scuffs, or other cosmetic imperfections to product packaging may occur as a result of manufacturing, transportation, storage, or distribution. Such minor packaging imperfections do not necessarily constitute a defect in the product itself.
Manufacturer specifications, packaging designs, included accessories, colors, and other product details may be changed by the manufacturer without prior notice.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
K.Z.Prize ships products directly from Japan.
Shipping charges are calculated based on factors including the destination, package size, weight, and applicable shipping method and are displayed during the checkout process where available.
Delivery times shown on our Services are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- shipping carrier delays;
- customs clearance;
- import procedures;
- weather conditions;
- natural disasters;
- transportation disruptions;
- strikes;
- government restrictions; or
- other events beyond our reasonable control.
K.Z.Prize is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or shipping carriers.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
If an order is returned to K.Z.Prize because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to pay applicable import charges, or failure to receive the package, additional shipping charges or other costs may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Orders are shipped internationally from Japan.
Depending on the destination country, the recipient may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or local authorities.
